12.Organizer’s Final Authority Disclosure

By registering for the 'Dhaka North Half Marathon 2025' event, all participants acknowledge and agree that the event organizers hold the final authority in all matters related to the event. This includes, but is not limited to:

12.1. Registration & Eligibility – The organizers reserve the right to accept or reject any registration without providing a reason.

12.2. Race Rules & Regulations – Any disputes regarding rules, race timing, disqualifications, or other concerns will be resolved solely by the organizers.

12.3. Event Modifications & Cancellations – The organizers have the right to modify the event schedule, route, or format due to safety concerns, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

12.4. Dispute Resolution – Any decisions made by the organizers regarding race results, conduct, or penalties are final and binding. No further appeals will be entertained.

12.5. Security & Compliance – The organizers may remove any participant from the event for non-compliance with security measures, misconduct, or violation of event policies.

12.6. By participating, all runners, volunteers, and attendees accept these terms and agree to abide by the decisions made by the event organizers.
